Whole milk

If you whole milk gives you tummy upsets, try non homogenized milk. The fat globules are not shattered, so move further down the digestive tract where most people can digest them. I also prefer the taste.
After a whole childhood and most of my adult life, I have tipped a bottle of milk over a few times to get the cream through the milk. I still do it without thinking...
I bet not many people now remember blue tits learning to peck through the foil tops to get the cream. There were covers you could buy to prevent this.

I can remember blue tits ripping the foil off.
I still shake bottles of milk and we have semi-skimmed.

I don't think so, it ruins the fat particles
Whole milk all the way here, obviously, I've found what drains out of the bottom of the plate cooler has a greater fat content than out of the tank
