If you want the bales to tip towards the tractor as you lift the distance from the end of the link arms to the top link needs to be more at the impliment end than the tractor end

Top link. lower hole on tractor , upper hole on implement.

That's assuming you have an auxiliary pump on the tractor

That's why I ask for pics

There is a little knob you turn, I can't even tell you what direction it goes

Screwed in/clockwise for Double acting, out/anticlock for single like a 698 I would assume

That would be the original trailer tipping port, worked off the 3pt lift lever. The others are after-market fitted (double acting) spool valves.

I was thinking they were an off the shelf, Kontak? pair of valves with genuine decals on the coupler mounting. Doubt they'll have the double/single acting screw mentioned above but no matter for a top link
