That's about the most sensible thing I've heard from them.....to a point.
Whilst I'm no fan of the huge amount of new homes on greenfield land, and I doubt they'll be more lenient with rural barn conversions, I remember when a family friend was compulsory purchased off his farm to make way for a new junction and associated industrial sites next to the M6 25 years ago.

That said the Freemasons did warn us and expressed concerns when Ardern was gifted the position labour party leader.
