I got an email yesterday from the little monthly collective sale (run by the cleverly named 'The Auctioneer') that I often get odd bits from. Last months sale (where I was unsuccessful in trying to buy a haybob) was the last one to be held. The whole site has been sold, and John, who I've known for 35 years, is going to be a freelance auctioneer all around the country for other firms.
I was thinking about it today, driving my pickup I bought from there, with the Ifor top from there, pulling a plant trailer again from one of his sales, to get the scaffolding from guess where?!
I'll miss the sales, my bank account will probably give a sigh of relief.

Your bank balance probably won't actually like it, you will now have to pay more for, essential equipment/crap you don't really need
