We had the same kind of bull shit from Fonterra, but was referred to as the "Cooperative Difference", jump through all the required flaming hoops like a trained tiger to get a "reward_treat" from the trainer or ring master.
Also I'd bet money that the picture used isn't from the UK as it looks more like continental Europe.

Like some more things initially you'll get 0.2p/litre more if you use it then you'll get -0.2p if you don't then it will ramp up to about -5p if you don't before no more will be picked up if you don't.

Beef and lamb will go same way but they might need compulsory assurance in place to get that one going.

And then a year or two down the line, you’re getting ‘the price’ but stuck buying another expensive input.

Was the same when all these assurance schemes (culminating in red tractor) started. You'll get a bonus for joining becomes a discount for not joining.
